Our check-in experience around 6:45 pm was far from ideal, as the room we were assigned was noticeably unclean, featuring dead roaches both on the counter and in the bathroom tub. Furthermore, essential amenities like a TV remote and any towels were completely absent. When I brought these issues to the desk clerk's attention, he informed us that maintenance would deliver the items within an hour. After leaving for a family gathering and returning at 10 pm, we discovered the remote was still missing. Upon inquiring again, the clerk eventually located a remote and provided two bath towels, but explicitly stated that he had no hand towels or washcloths to offer, leaving us no choice but to purchase our own.

Seriously, do not even consider staying here; it genuinely felt like I had walked onto the set of a low-budget horror movie. The carpet was not only torn but also dangerously unsecured to the floor, creating trip hazards throughout the room. Adding to the dismal scene, the curtains were marred with multiple burn holes, and I was disgusted to find the mattresses visibly stained. The worn-out bed frames completed the picture, looking like they had endured decades of neglect and countless rough experiences.
